Return and withdrawal right

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and return goods within thirty (30) days of receiving the shipment.

To initiate a return, please complete the Return Form and send it to info@slpnorthamerica.com . The Return Form is available further down on this page.

Returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. All goods must be properly packed to prevent damage during transport.

If the original packaging is missing or damaged, a deduction will be made from the refund amount. Any reduction in value will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Return shipping costs and transport risk remain the responsibility of the Buyer.

A restocking fee of fifteen percent (15%) will be deducted from the refund. Before returning the goods, SLP will issue a Return Order confirmation. The package must be clearly marked with the order number and include the Return Order document to ensure proper handling at our warehouse.

Please note that Return Orders issued but not received by SLP within sixty (60) days will be automatically cancelled.

Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, SLP will contact the Buyer to confirm the approved refund amount.
